BK400 WB elevated bin system

The BK400 WB is similar to the BK400 model (pictured right), but has been designed specifically with the meat processing and bakery industries in mind. The main difference between this model and the standard BK400, is that the WB (wide base) model does not come with SmartCart 240's, instead it is designed to accomodate a customers existing carts up to 666mm wide x 670mm tall.

The customers carts are filled by gravity, thus eliminating shovelling of ice from the bin.

The exterior of the bin and base is of stainless steel and has a non-corroding, seamless polyethylene liner inside. Insulation is non-CFC polyurethane foam, bonded to shell and liner for added strength. The access door consists of a non-corroding poly snout, the door of which has PowerHinges to eliminate gaskets and latches and an inner SmartGate to positively control ice flow into the snout area and reduce spillage. The bin hopper is constructed from polyethylene and has an extra large opening to facilitate ice flow. The base has built in drains for the carts and insulated drain troughs, shutter door and drain pan to minimise condensation.

The bin has adjustable flanged feet.

The bin drain is 26mm FPT ridid PVC

The bin is NSF listed and comes complete with a large ice paddle in hygienic plastic.
